How do I book?

Please visit our quote page where you can get an instant price and book online in five easy steps. A deposit of 25% is due at the time of booking.


When is my balance due?

Your balance payment is due 10 days before your event date. Please note that for any bookings made within 10 days of the event date, the full balance will be due at the time of booking.


How long is the set?

A standard DJ set is between 2 and 5 hours. If you require more than five hours then you can add additional time at a rate of £30+vat per hour.


Can I submit a playlist?

Yes! One playlist of 30 tracks is included in the booking fee. You can also give the DJ some pointers in addition to the playlist such as “we like 80’s & 90’s” or “no cheese”. Your DJ will then work the rest of the tracks around your chosen tracks/genres. If you want to submit an additional playlist, then you are welcome to do so. This is charged at £20+vat per extra 30 tracks (cover the extra time the DJ needs to prepare).

We require your music choices at least 10 days in advance of your event date to ensure enough time for your DJ to prepare. We can’t guarantee to process music requests sent after this time.

Will my DJ take requests on the night?

Yes. We are more than happy to take requests on the night, and your DJ will have the technology to download tracks on the spot (subject to internet access).


Who will my DJ be?

We don’t assign a DJ to an event until around two weeks before. We will assign your DJ based on availability and who is best suited to your specific event.


What equipment is included in my package?

We also offer a Plug & Play option where a DJ with Decks & Mixer will use your existing sound & lighting system.


When will the DJ arrive at the venue?

Your DJ will arrive 1-1.5 hours prior to the event start time. If you require your DJ to be on site earlier than this, then there will be an extra charge for the DJ’s time. Please discuss this with us.


What if I need to cancel?

You can move to a new booking date (subject to availability) for no extra fee.

If your event is more than 48hrs away, then your deposit would be retained but your balance would not be due.

If your event is within 48hrs then full booking fee would be retained as it would be too late for us to reallocate your DJ to another booking.
